(“Entrata”) is dedicated to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. Y’all SUCK and definitely don’t deserve to be in the leasing business.Entrata, Inc. Apparently she’s quite popular for what she is amongst tenants.įor what it’s worth, I broke my lease, hell, paid my termination fee and just got out! Thank you, Calibre Lake. And if you read the reviews for this community, her royal bullying highness features quite a bit in here. She never missed an opportunity to be curt, unprofessional, disrespectful and rather deceitful in her interactions with several tenants in favor of their long-term tenants. I distinctly remember being in tears right through and after this specific accusatory telephone conversation. Upon inquiry, she had the audacity to tell me that she had reasons to believe that I was abusing my little pup (the same one with severe separation anxiety). She (in conjunction with these “16-yr” tenants) let animal control in when my dog with severe separation anxiety whined when we went out for a quick hospital/emergency room run. For a noise complaint, I was told that my highly antisocial neighbors upstairs had apparently lived there for 16 years (umm.SO WHAT?). Later, enter Cheryl, a first-rate bully, who was downright rude, catty, defensive and had zero grace (at least in my case). Megan is just the nice/friendly face to lure you in to sign the lease. 7 months ago Beautiful community with horrible leasing office employees. Please email a receipt of the damages?ġPreethi R. You also never contacted me about damage, the first I heard about it was through a collections agency. So you're denying that Calibre Lake charged me for leak in the bathroom. By selling this debt for charges that they did not discuss with me (they are legally required to inform me of such charges within 3 days) they broke the law. They had my email address and phone number and they never contacted me about such damages. All I wanted was to be able to have a moving pod dropped off on a Friday and picked up on a Monday, but management refused to give permission for the pod to be there for longer than 48 hours until I went above their head and spoke to corporate. If you dispute anything with them and end up arguing with them, this could happen to you too. 7 months ago Warning: management will charge you for damages that they are responsible for (water damage caused by leak in the bathroom's plumbing) and sell the debt to collections without discussing the damages with you and without informing you that they are charging you for damages. You can claim that this is an inaccurate portrayal, but this isn't the first one-star review. Legally, they're required to inform you of damages within three days of the apartment being vacated and Calibre Lake failed to do so. They had my email address and my phone number to contact me. I found out when I was contacted by a collections agency looking to collect on these charges. They never actually informed me of these damages, I never received a formal list, an email, or a phone call. I was charged for water damages caused by a leak in the bathroom's plumbing which the landlord is responsible for, not the tenant. A lot of drama over how long we could have the moving pod, they refused to help us secure a place for the pod to be dropped off, they complained about us blocking off parking spots so that sufficient space was secured for the pod to be dropped off. They made things very complicated when I was moving out. The management staff are very unprofessional and spiteful. Hopefully this gets fixed, but I don't think I will be renewing my lease here. Since I have moved here the water has been shut off up to 8x and can last 2-4 hours. However, my main complaint is that the whole complex has their water shut off multiple times a month for "repairs" that never seemed to be fixed. A lot of the finishing touches of the apartment seemed rushed and all of the outlets in my unit don't work. My only complaints with the apartment is that it has been poorly repaired (there's unevenness in the walls as if there were holes or large cracks in the walls and were rushed to repair and some unevenness I can feel in the floorboards beneath the carpet). I love the convenience of the location of the apartment being near food options and the freeway. The staff is really friendly and always shows concern when I bring something to their attention. Its a safe apartment complex, maintenance is always on top of work orders and getting back to you the next day if not in a couple. 2 years ago I have been living here for some months now.
